IF ONLY "WE THE PEOPLE" WERE GRANTED PROCEDURES BY WHICH WE COULD INITIATE AND CONDUCT CITIZENS GRAND JURIES AGAINST THESE TYPES OF ABUSES AFTER THEIR OWN CORRUPT PROCEDURES END IN COVERING UP THEIR MISCONDUCT AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES BY COMMITTING SIMILAR ACTS AND CRIMES AS THE ONES THEY WERE HANDED TO INVESTIGATE AND/OR REMEDY.

OH...I KNOW CITIZENS GRAND JURIES ARE ALREADY IN THE BOOKS,...BUT..THEY ARE COLLECTING DUST BECAUSE "WE THE PEOPLE" ARE BEING PREVENTED FROM EXERCISING THESE RIGHTS, WITH SIMILAR MISCONDUCT AND CRIMES BY THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF PERMITTING US TO DO SO.

IT IS A VICIOUS CIRCLE WHICH CAN END ONLY IF "WE THE PEOPLE" STAND UP AND STICK IT TO THEM WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE
