Uganda Health officials are desperately scrambling to stop the spread of the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, also known as “CCHF.” CCHF a viral disease straight out of the pages of terror novels and movies. The virus belongs to the same family as the Ebola virus which can kill up to 40 percent of those infected and it has a long list of grim symptoms. Including but not limited to high fever, headaches, vomiting, and bleeding from the eyes and mouth.
